Booking:
To fix your booking a deposit of 30 % of the full price per room or apartment is obligatory, after you have get our confirmation. We accept deposit by bank transfer or card with security code.
Room promise:
We cannot promise special room (numbers) or floors.
Arrangement:
The calculation of your arrangement is based on the booking confirmation we send you. (breakfast of halfboard)
Arrival day:
On your arrival day the rooms can be obtained not before 2 pm. If your arrival will be later than 7 pm, please contact us to let us know
Departure day:
The rooms should be free latest 11 am.
Domestic Animals:
It is absoultely not allowed to bring pets (no exceptions)
Cancellation policy: lt. AGBH 2006
A cancellation is free of charge is possible until 3 month before arrival day. For cancellation until latest 1 month before arrival day we charge 40 % of the total arrangement price. For cancellation 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total arrangement price.For cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90 % of the total arrangement price.

starting from 1st January 09 also in Austria we have the ordered by law NON Smoking. So smoking is no more allowed in our rooms, dining rooms, hotel lounge,...
smoking is just allowed in our Smokers Lounge
