These are not just catchwords but more my expression of my opinion round about the culinarily.
That already begins with my passion and attitude for cooking and go on things like picking the right products from producers I know very well.
Not just the wonderful smelling herbs from the garden, the self made jam, juices and berries from the region. Also milk, yoghurt, mountain cheese, meat, potatoes, eggs and classy brandys from the Ötztal are garanties for a enjoying holiday, from the breakfast to a „Jause“ (Snack) to the daily gourmet dinner.
Also if you have special food allergies or a special diat (gluten free, lactose…) you re right here.
Your special menues are gonna be so good as the other gourmets.
