At the Hotel Erhart in Sölden, you can choose between bed and breakfast and half-board. With half-board, you can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional produce in the morning and a multi-course gourmet dinner in the evening. If you’d prefer to keep your options open, you can alternatively book room-only and discover Tyrolean cuisine in the restaurants around Sölden. This way, you’ll always have the right catering option for your holiday in Sölden.
In our hotel kitchen in Sölden, we place great importance on culinary variety. That is why we have been offering a vegetarian main course on our menu every day for many years. In addition to the salad buffet, we also provide alternatives for vegetarians with regard to soup (yoghurt or juice) and dessert (instead of cheese). Due to the additional effort and extra costs involved in sourcing speciality products, vegan dishes and fully vegetarian or vegan set menus are only available at the Hotel Erhart for a daily surcharge on top of the half-board booking, and subject to prior request and confirmation.

The Hotel Erhart in Sölden does not have a restaurant open to the public, but offers its guests culinary delights as part of the half-board package. If you have booked a room with breakfast or would like to dine with us as a non-resident guest, you can enjoy the half-board evening menu subject to advance booking (by 11.00 am) and availability. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy our regional cuisine at the Hotel Erhart in Sölden, even without the traditional restaurant setting.
