That begins with a personal connection to our local producers, on to the choice of high quality products through to the perfect preparation of these ingredients.
Many of the ingredients that appear on the plates of our guests originate from our own production. Look forward to homemade jams and spreads for breakfast. And enjoy freshly pressed juices from regional fruit or simple drinks with homemade syrups. Where possible we use fresh Ötztaler ingredients for the meals, such as milk, yoghurt, honey, mountain cheese, eggs or meat. Garnished with fresh herbs from our mountain herb garden we can create unforgettable culinary delights.
